Grand Valley State University is an autonomous Regional Center for the National Science Foundation’s Chautauqua program of Short-Courses on Science and Mathematics for College Teachers.  CESME manages the Center for the university.  It supervises all aspects of program implementation from identification of community needs to logistical support of the individual short-courses.


2009 Chautauqua Short Courses for College Teachers

 

Grand Valley State University will offer one Chautauqua Courses in 2009, from June 11-13. Also we will offer several half-day workshops on various inquiry-based approaches to teaching. Case studies, and Process-Oriented Guided-Inquiry Learning will be featured.
