Date: February 27, 2014
Time: All Day

Midterm Grade Reports will be available today for students who are freshman (less than 25 earned hours) and those on academic review (GPA less than 2.000) in your student academic records online. You can access them by going to www.gvsu.eduand clicking on my Banner…you will use your student ID number (G#) and pin# to log in. Once you log in, you will click on Student…Student Records…Midterm Grades…Winter 2014.

We strongly encourage you to check your grades and get an idea where you are at this time in the semester.

If there is a course that you are considering withdrawing from, we want to remind you that the final day to withdraw from a course is March 7th by the end of the day. You can withdraw from a course online through MyBanner, or by contacting the records office in person at the transaction windows or calling 616-331-3327.

Be aware that withdrawing from a course may have financial aid implications. If you are concerned about this, I recommend that you contact the financial aid office at 616-331-3234 to discuss your personal situation. If you drop below full-time standing it may also have on-campus housing implications so you will want to discuss your decision with your living center director.
