PA 621 - Administrative and Regulatory Law

An intensive study of administrative and regulatory law as it relates to the public sector. Requirements for, and limits on, the exercise of power by elected and appointed official and liability of public managers are covered. Offered fall semester. Prerequisite: PA 520 or PA 630 (may be taken concurrently).
