EMBA 626 - Financial Policy for Executives

Analyzes the evaluation and application of financial decision-making to optimize the value of the firm. Course focuses on advanced principles, including forecasting and valuation applied to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, bankruptcy, reorganization, and multinational financial markets. Course offered fall semester. Prerequisite: EMBA 621.
