Matthew Boyd, MD
Dr. Boyd is board certified in family medicine and sports medicine. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, did his family medicine residency at Saint Mary's Health Care, and completed his sports medicine fellowship at Michigan State University. Dr. Boyd is the team physician for Allendale High School and Grand Valley State University. He also covers the Grand Rapids Griffins and various sporting events. His hobbies include road biking and golfing.
Caroline Beall, DO, ATC
Dr. Beall is board certified in family medicine and sports medicine and is a certified athletic trainer. Her medical degree is from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and she did a family medicine residency and sports medicine fellowship at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Dr. Beall is the team physician for Jenison High School and Grand Valley State University. She also covers the Grand Rapids Griffins and various sporting events.
Emily Gerardy, PA-C
Emily is a graduate of Grand Valley State University's Physician Assistant Program with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Studies. Before joining Metro Health, Emily spent several years in urgent care and internal medicine. She is a member of the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Emily is committed to giving patients excellent providing the highest level of care. She is passionate about helping to create a place that provides quality care and service.
Elizabeth Fey, PA-C
Elizabeth is a graduate of Grand Valley State University's Physician Assistant Program with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Elizabeth has been in family medicine at Metro Health since 2009. Also known as “Beth”, she is dedicated to her patients and takes pride in helping others.
Heather Maurey, PA-C
Heather is a graduate of the Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, IL. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Health Promotion from Michigan State University. Before joining Metro Health, Heather worked as an Urgent Care Physician Assistant with Banner Medical Group in Loveland, Colorado. She is passionate about creating an atmosphere that favors her patients. Heather provides excellent quality care for all her patients.
