Gardasil, HPV Vaccine

Cost of the vaccine is $162.00 per dose (3 doses are needed). Patients who are 19 years and older, have no health insurance and are unable to pay for the vaccine may be eligible for the Vaccine Patient Assistance Program.  Patients who have medical insurance but no coverage for immunizations may be eligible for The Patient Rebate Program.
