Can I change my dining plan?
Sure! We want you to have the plan that works best for you. You can change your Dining Plan during the first week of the Fall and/or Winter semester. Simply visit our Guest Service Office in 100 Commons or visit www.gvsufood.com

What if I have unused debit dollars at the end of the semester?
Unused Debit Dollars transfer from Fall to Winter semester.  Be sure to use them by the end of Winter semester.  Any unused dollars are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to the new academic year.

What if I have unused meals?
Premium Plus, Value Plus and Casual Plus Meals are per semester and will roll to Winter semester as long as your membership is active. The 7, 14 and 21 Plus plans are per week and do not roll over to the next week.

What should I do if my debit dollars run low?
Each time you make a purchase, you may ask the cashier to tell you how many Meals and/or Debit Dollars you have remaining.  If your balance is low, you can add to your account using cash, check, money order or credit card.  Visit the Guest Service Office in 100 Commons to make your payment.  You can also visit our website at www.gvsufood.com.

Where can I use my dining plan?
Dining plans can be used at any Campus Dining location including The Fresh Food Company, Einstein Bros. Bagels, The Food Court, The Lobby Shop, River Landing, Kleiner Marketplace, Kleiner C-Store, Java City, C3 Express, Papa John's Pizza, The Meadows and any of our locations at the Pew Campus.
