Which Plan to Choose
Your Meal Plan options are determined by where you live.
Select the building you'll be living in to learn about your options. If you don't know where you'll be living yet, don't worry! There's plenty of time to change your Meal Plan once your housing assignment arrives.
Important points about Weekly Plans:
- Choose the Unlimited, 14+, 7+, or 5+ Plan.
- Weekly Meal Plans are per week, Meals do not transfer to the next week.
- Use up to 4 Meals per day (exception: Unlimited Plan), 1 Meal per purchase.
- Dining Dollars can be used at all Laker Food Co. locations throughout the semester, Meals are for personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
- Three guest Meal passes are available for Fresh Food or The Dish per semester. Visit 100 Commons to obtain guest passes.
- Weekly Meals are available 7 days a week, while classes are in session. Weekly Meals are not available Thanksgiving, Winter or Spring Break.
- South Campus and Off-Campus Students: If you'd like your Fall Meal Plan to auto-renew for Winter, select "auto-renewal" along with your Fall Meal Plan selection before checkout. Winter Meal Plans will not be billed until Winter Semester.
Semester Plans:
- Choose the Casual+ or Express Plan.
- Meals and Dining Dollars can be used at your discretion throughout the semester.
- Semester meals are available 7 days a week, while classes are in session. Meals are not available Thanksgiving, Winter or Spring Break.

Traditional, Cluster & Suite Style
You live in: Copeland, DeVos, Holton-Hooker, Kirkpatrick, Kistler, Maple, Oak, Pew, Pickard, Pine, Robinson, Seidman, Stafford, Swanson
You automatically get the 14+, but you can switch to Unlimited or 7+ Plan
Your Plan will automatically renew for Winter Semester
That was easy!
You're living on North Campus so your housing contract already includes the 14+ Meal Plan! If 14+ isn't your style, you can choose the Unlimited or 7+. The Unlimited Plan is $125 more than the 14+ Plan (included in your housing fee). If you want to make a change, use the Meal Plan Change form on our website during the change period (5/4/23 - 9/2/23).

Apartment Style
You live in: Frey, Hills, Hoobler, Johnson, Ott, North C, Weed
You automatically get the 14+, but you can switch to any Plan except the Express or Casual+

You're living on North Campus and your housing contract already includes the 14+ Meal Plan! You pay $1,975 (included in your housing fee). You do have options if the 14+ isn't your style. You're living in an on-campus apartment so you can choose any Meal Plan you want! Life can get a little crazy, so why not let us cook for you? No groceries, dishes, or time spent deciphering that old recipe book your parents gave you. Plus, with so many locations on campus you're sure to be a short walk from a hot meal, no matter where your on-campus apartment or classes are.

Don't worry!
No matter where you live, there's a Meal Plan to fit your budget and lifestyle. For incoming freshmen, housing assignments are typically sent in mid-June prior to the Fall semester. Take a look at all the Meal Plan options and select your Plan when you know where you're living. Some housing assignments include the price of a Meal Plan.
