As part of our partnership with Making Choices Michigan we’ll be joined by those who currently facilitate conversations with families and health care professionals on end-of-life care. Dr. Porter and colleagues will take us through a simulation and discussion of the dynamics involved in these important conversations.

Attendance for this meeting is limited to health care professionals, business leaders and academics, but we are planning meetings on this topic which will be open to the public for later in the year.
