Engineering & Computing

Engineers and Computer Science specialists from around the globe have started new businesses with their own inventions and programs. However, not knowing the ins and outs of the business world has proven to be a major barrier in achieving great success.

At Grand Valley, you are able to learn the essential skills needed to develop, market and grow your business idea with the Entrepreneurship (ENT) minor.

With the ENT minor, you will be better prepared to start your own business and give you the know-how to bridge engineering, computer skills and business principles that are essential for business success. Also, being exposed to the business world will give you valuable networking opportunities with thriving businesses and industries.

Completing a minor in Entrepreneurship will help market your own abilities to future employers, by describing you as a person that not only knows how to build, but also knows what to build, an arguably even greater question in the world of business.
