OnBase Access

OnBase is the on-line document management system for the approval and processing of invoices and electronic storage of documents. 

Troubleshooting Note: Access to OnBase requires specific custom settings for ActiveX Controls in your Internet Explorer Browser.  If you have difficulty accessing documents in OnBase, please use this sheet as a guide to customize your settings.

OnBase training is provided by the Accounts Payable department.  This training is supplemented by a Users Guide containing instructions and screen shots of several tasks.

OnBase can be accessed from on and off campus per the instructions below:

If you are On-Campus, click here.

If you are Off-Campus, you are required to log into VPN first.  

• log in with your network ID (no container - just the first 8 characters of your network id or e-mail address) and password. 
   
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Network Connect"
   
• Re-open the Business and Finance website, click on "On Base" in the Popular Pages box and follow the instructions for On-Campus access.
