The L.V. Eberhard Center

The L.V. Eberhard Center houses 55 offices and 30 classrooms and 5 labs. Two years in construction, the center opened in 1988. It serves as a classroom facility for graduate students as well as a place for receptions and conferences.The Center houses a large Teleconference Auditorium, the Pew Campus Security, the Meeting & Events Planning, and the Meijer Broadcasting Center with GVSU radio and television stations. The views of the Grand River, the city of Grand Raids and the surrounding area from the Eberhard Center are breathtaking.
The Eberhard Center for professional and graduate education was named for L.V. Eberhard to honor his support of Grand Valley.

L. V. Eberhard was the owner and founder of Eberhards supermarkets.
