Laker Basketball Pep Band

The Basketball Pep Bands, under the direction of the Director of Athletic Bands, John T. Martin, performs at all men's and women's home basketball games and NCAA playoff games. The Laker Pep Band has traveled to Hot Springs, Arkansas to support the 2006 National Champions, GVSU Women's Basketball team, and to Springfield, Massachusetts to support the Men's Elite 8 showing.

ANY GVSU student is welcome to audition. The pep band is limited to 30 members. Students are paid $400 for a completed season.

The 2012-2012 Laker Basketball Pep Band Auditions will take place in October 2012.
