Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be in writing to: adairm@gvsu.edu Phone cancellations will not be accepted. All cancellations received after April 8, 2013 will be invoiced at the full registration amount. No refunds are given due to inclement weather.
Substitutions:
If you find that you are unable to attend the conference, you may send a substitute in your place. If possible please notify us in advance of the substitution. The original registrant will be responsible for the conference registration fee payment.
