START EPLI Training Series

This training series is intended for current START approved Trainer Coaches who wish to update their skills in particular modules, AND for NEW applicants who wish to fill out a Trainer Coach application to become a START Trainer Coach

As a new Trainer Coach Applicant, you need to complete the '11-12 EPLI Trainer Coach application and email it to Melissa Adair - adairm@gvsu.edu for review and approval by START staff.  Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email with next steps in the process.  Please Note:  As a new Trainer Coach applicant you will also need to register for the Trainer Prep Day and for the corresponding Module Competency Day.

To complete the application you will need to first download and SAVE the form in "My Documents" or onto your "Desktop", and then it will allow you to complete the form.  Upon completion, please email the form back to Melissa Adair - adairm@gvsu.edu along with a copy to your RCN EPLI Coordinator.
