Purpose:
To bring together coach leaders and building coaches to work collaboratively with START to effectively promote the development of coaching structures and support the implementation of evidence-based practices through coaching.
START Contacts:
Criteria for Participation:
- Invitation only for ‘23-24
- Currently taking an active role as a coach leader or a building coach in their ISD, district, or building.
- Previous participation with START such as involvement in an RCN and/or attendance at trainings/CoPs for at least two years.
- Expressed interest in ‘22-23 year and/or participated in the coaching summer institute
Current Priorities
- Identify various ways to share resources.
- Explore different coaching strategies and practices and create opportunities to practice those strategies.
- Develop additional resources, tools, and materials to streamline coaching and implementation of initiatives that are supported by coaching.
