"Day of the Dead - Building a Traditional Altar"

Along with local Mexican artist, Roli Mancera, students will learn about the ancient tradition of the "Day of the Dead" by actively participating in the building of a traditional altar. Students will learn about the meaning of death in Mexican culture and the symbolism of the different objects and food placed on the altar.
