The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences 10th Anniversary Celebration is proud to announce:

HOMERATHON IV: a 24-hour reading of Homer's Iliad, hosted by the Department of Classics and the Mary Idema Pew Library Learning and Information Commons.

Begins 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 2, and concludes 1 p.m. Thursday, October 3. All events in the Mary Idema Pew Library except as noted below.

Wednesday, October 2, 6:30 p.m.: Keynote presentation by Professor Paul Woodruff, University of Texas at Austin, in Cook-DeWitt Center auditorium.

Thursday, October 3, the HOMERATHON readings continue. Other events include:

7:42 a.m. - Hymn to Helios at Zumberge Pond Lawn
1 p.m. - Funeral of Hector, breaker of horses, Cook Carillon Plaza
