Description
James Goode, professor of history and Middle East studies at Grand Valley, will provide a historical understanding of borders in the Middle East, Afghanistan and Pakistan.

This lecture is in conjunction of the 2012 Year of Interfaith Understanding and is part of the World Affairs Council of West Michigan's Fall Lecture Series, "Understanding Muslim Societies: Borders, Foreign Policy, and the Role of Women."
