ArtPrize Nine Opening Ceremony

Description
Head downtown to Rosa Parks Circle tonight from 6:30 p.m. for the ArtPrize Nine Opening Ceremony—including remarks from Todd Herring, ArtPrize Director of Creative and Communication; a performance by the GVSU Laker Marching Band and Dance Company; and special guests, to be announced soon—with festivities and music to follow. We'll see you there!
President Haas, Laker Marching Band, GVSU Dance Company, and Louie the Laker join ArtPrize to celebrate the opening of ArtPrize Nine! The Laker Marching Band will begin the festivities with a performance at the L.V. Eberhard Center on Grand Valley's Pew Grand Rapids Campus. Following this performance, the marching band and GVSU Dance Co. will proceed in cadence across the Blue Bridge to Rosa Parks Circle. There the band and dance company will perform a second time under the direction of President Thomas J. Haas.
