Susan Klein makes paintings, drawings, sculptures, photographs, and collages. She teaches in the Painting and Foundation programs. Her work is about the process of making work. It involves a system of building, dismantling, re-building, deconstructing, and so on. She is caught in a closed-circuit loop. Before this happened, she received a MFA from University of Oregon, and a BFA from University of New Hampshire and New York University.
