Art History Minor
The minor in art history is designed to offer students a general introduction to the study of art history and its methods. It offers students from a variety of areas including—studio art, the humanities and professional degrees—the opportunity to examine the contexts for the production of the visual arts. The minor requires 21 credit hours to complete. Students take ART 221 and 222, one course from each of the three distribution areas, and two electives from the list of approved classes.
