Archaeology Week

 The student Archaeological Society sponsors a full week of great archaeological programming.

Monday 13 September:  kick-off reception with snacks, 6:30-7:30  in Kirkhof.

Tuesday 14 September:  student field excavation presentations. 7pm in Padnos 261.

Wednesday 15 September:   Professor James Goode, award-winning author of *Negotiating the Past*  leads discussion of archaeology, nationalism, and diplomacy in the Middle East.  MAK D-1-142, 1:30 pm.

Thursday 16 September: student field excavation presentations. 7 pm in Padnos 261.

Friday:  Paleo-Olympics!   11-5  in Kirk field.  Featuring archaeological skills presentations by
faculty and students as well as fun games like Hunter-Gatherer Relay.
