Non-Union Employment Arbitration Awards

The following are Non-Union Employment Arbitration Awards. The names of the parties have been changed or deleted. Names of buildings and other identifiers have also been changed to protect the identity of the parties.  The facts of the cases and the reasoning in the arbitrators' decisions, however, have not been changed.

The arbitrator receives the authority to hear and decide non-union employment awards from an agreement between the employee and the employer. The agreement often states that the employee and employer must use arbitration rather than litigation for any disputes involving the two parties.
