Class Announcement: Intro to Cultural Anthropology (Spring)

Introduces the discipline of anthropology by examining the diversity of human cultures that have been described by anthropologists over the last 100 years. The principles of anthropology are explained with examples drawn from global case studies, with an emphasis on nonwestern cultures. Comparisons are drawn with our own. Coursework will include short field trips to local sites of interest.
