Students should attend department-sponsored workshops on internships.  Contact Internship Coordinator Tara Hefferan for the date of the next workshop.  Materials from the last workshop (Nov. 15, 2016) are available here:   PowerPoint, Winter 2017 and Summer 2017 Internships, FAQs, and General Internship Sites

Students also should attend Career Services Internship & Job Search events. These events will offer students first hand information from faculty and employers on the best strategies for interning with a local organization.  Look at the GVSU Career Center's page for upcoming events, as well as to search Laker Jobs for internships.
