Great Lakers Featured During 2011 Football Broadcasts
The GVSU Alumni Association shared the accomplishments of outstanding Grand Valley graduates with Laker fans during the 2011 Grand Valley State football season. Featured graduates appeared larger than life on the Lubbers Stadium scoreboard during half-time of each home game, while stories of other "Great Lakers" could be heard on air during weekly radio broadcasts of the games on Grand Valley Sports Network (GVSN).
