EXPO - Join the action at the annual Sports & Fitness Expo at the DeVos Convention center on May 10, 2013. Stop by the GVSU Laker for a Lifetime table, buy a t-shirt, meet with fellow Lakers and register to win great prizes, like a bar crawl trip on the Great Lakes Pub Cruiser, tickets to watch a Grand Valley football game from the GVSU Alumni suite, and tickets to an upcoming Detroit Tigers game. RACERS - This team is all-inclusive. Laker alumni, friends, family, students, faculty and staff will run/walk/wheel on behalf of Grand Valley State University as a part of the Laker for a Lifetime Team. Team members may participate in any race (5K run/walk, 10K, 25K). Anyone is welcome to join the team, and members who raise funds to benefit scholarships, student programming, and skill development will receive a Laker for a Lifetime wicking shirt, exclusive parking, gear check, and more. SPIRIT STATION - More cowbell! Bring your noise makers and your Laker spirit and cheer on the Laker for a Lifetime team participating in all legs of the race at the official GVSU alumni spirit station. (located on the corner of Fulton Street and Mt. Vernon). Cash prizes go to the stations with the most spirit! VOLUNTEER INFORMATION | REGISTER TO VOLUNTEER

POST RACE PARTY - Join us for the official Laker for a Lifetime post-race party, held in the heart of downtown. Re-fuel with drinks, Founders Brewing Co. beer, food and entertainment with your favorite Lakers! Free to Laker for a Lifetime team FUNDracers who reach the minimum fundraising goal, and pre-registered volunteers, $5 for event attendees, children 5 and under are free. Hop on the alumni owned Great Lakes Pub Cruiser and take a post-race ride with the beverage of your choice. REGISTER FOR PARTY
