Sara came to Grand Valley State University from Spring Lake High School in 2007. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Grand Valley State University in 2011. She was a student event manager at the Alumni House for four years and she also interned at Saint Mary’s Health Care where she worked with donor relations and special events. Sara joined the Alumni Relations team in August of 2011.

Sara enjoys spending time outside, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family, she resides in Grand Rapids.
