I was lucky enough to snag a reporting internship my first semester at the University's public radio station. I continued to work there until I graduated, covering stories all over the area.
Welcome
The Denver Alumni Network exists to unite alumni through periodic events to socialize, network, learn, and participate in community service in order to stay connected with each other and the university.
Our purpose is to:
- Bring alumni together for networking, professional development, social activities, lifelong learning, and community service.
- Build relationships among GVSU alumni both personally and professionally.
- Provide support to student interns and alumni moving to and/or living in the region.
- Support the mission of the Alumni Relations office and GVSU.

My graduate assistantship provided some very fond memories and experiences. I loved working for GVSU's Career Center, and I made so many lifelong friends in the CSAL program. GVSU was truly a special place that allowed me to excel in my graduate work.
